Wholemeal durum wheat fusilli twisted for maximum sauce retention, made using Rummo’s Lenta Lavorazione® slow-processing method. The bronze-cut spirals offer a rough surface that soaks up dressings, cream sauces, and vegetables, while delivering 6.2g fibre and 14.5g protein per 100g. Serving Suggestions & Cooking Instructions

Cooking Time: 11 minutes (al dente).

Method: Bring a large saucepan of water to a rolling boil (allow approx. 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta). Add salt to taste. Add the fusilli and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. The spiral shape is delicate but robust; drain carefully to maintain the integrity of the twists and serve immediately.

Pesto & Fine Sauces: The tight spirals of the fusilli are specifically designed to “trap” thinner sauces. They are the ideal match for a traditional basil pesto, sun-dried tomato tapenade, or a smooth walnut sauce.

Vibrant Pasta Salads: Their ability to hold dressings makes them a favourite for cold dishes. Toss with tuna, capers, red onion, and a lemon vinaigrette for a high-fibre, Mediterranean-style lunch.
